AlumaFandgo 2014
A drive 198 miles north through beautiful scenery landed us in Canyonville Oregon at the Alumafandango Event. There were over 100 Airstream trailers in attendance with folks comming from as far away as British Columbia, Minnesota, Canada etc. Sponsored by Sutton RV and Rich Luhr of Airstream Life Magazine the week long event is Airstream oriented and provides educational seminars on towing, hitching and trailer maintenance, National Parks reviews, entertainment, vendors, the opportunity to view new units and endless happy hours and socializing. Cooper, the Sutton mascot was also available to greet fans and post for pictures. Seven Feathers Resort where the event was held is a meticulously manicured RV Resort complete with free shuttle service to the front office for coffee, rides back and forth to the casino across the street, the farmers market and downtown for a hamburger great ice cream and antique shopping. Your definitely not roughing it here. I wouldnt even call it camping.

Rest Stop outside Canyonville

I dont think the office was prepared for the influx of Airstreams.

hmmmm gotta rotate this...Cooper posing for fans(this image was sitting sideways hehe)

The groundskeepers come to water and manicure sites daily.
